Luciano Lemus Perez
I'm originally from Mexico but have been in Singapore since I was 12 years old. I studied music in LASALLE College of the Arts. Music and football are my biggest passions.
Music is my escape, I love the freedom it gives my mind. I love exploring and getting lost in the vast expanse of genres and styles. It brings me a lot of joy to discover new stuff and to share new finds with my friends and family.
I am classically trained and I'm able to teach a range of Latin American music like Boleros and Bossa Nova. I also studied Jazz and can teach basic Jazz and Blues.
As for my teaching style, I like to lay a good foundation of basics but balance that out by learning songs as well. It is important for my students to find a musical identity and discover the music they want to pursue so we can work together to accomplish their goals.
